Fighting for the Rights of You and Your Children

The role of a family law attorney isn’t to punish your former spouse — it’s to help the two of you come to an agreement that’s best for everyone involved. Even in amicable divorces, emotions can run high during legal proceedings. It is important to have a levelheaded ally who can provide informed counsel every step of the way.

Even if you are considering a pro se (self-represented) divorce, we encourage everyone to meet with a family law professional before proceeding. Delaware divorce attorney Megan Rush Walstrom offers consultations to anyone in this situation. She is also able to assist in more complex and contested cases in which aggressive representation is required.
